Work Experience
Lightroom services
- Creating presets - Lightroom is a software that allows photographers and visual designers to manipulate and adjust the look of the photo to improve the quality and clearness of the picture, however, you could use the tools in this software to create unique colour grades and filters which shows your signature and aesthetic which can be packed and saved as presets which can be easily used on others picture who like your look, therefore you can craft a preset and sell it to the target audience which could be possibly looking for it.
- Editing pictures - Some photographers are exhausted from taking a whole bunch of pictures in the session therefore they would prefer to hire an editor to make their picture fit their prompt, I am willing to be hired by a client to edit and bring my skills into his mix of photography
Photography
- Hired photographer - Last year, I started to explore photography developing my media production skills, skills such as light work, cinematography, composure, and planning will be very useful and demanded for events that are keen to captivate and publish events visually.
- Assistant photographer - Photographic sessions and plans take a lot of effort and work, therefore being an assistant would not only help and make the client boost his experience and performance but also be beneficial for me to expand my skills and practice them under the supervision of a higher educated expert.
Work Experience
Client 1 -
Client number 1 is a very good friend who wanted to raise his Instagram profile and content to a professional standard similar to a public influencer account.
Creating such account content requires a professional photographer who has to take the pictures and edit them, therefore I have stepped forward and during his visit to London we have turned every day into a professional photoshoot and work on his account for his London chapter of content.
As you can see this is his account aims for a warm and journal theme but with a consistent pattern and I have sat down and chosen the structure and content of its posts and highlights to look similar to his influence.
Theovvas is a upcoming Greek influencer whom my client is looking forward to building up his account with his chosen aesthetic that is influenced by it is, therefore for his London photoshoot I have tried to get closest to it while also making it stand and be unique based on his identity.
16 September 2023
On the 16th of September, my client chose to go to the National Art Gallery due to fitting in the identity chosen for his account which is a cultural and old-money aesthetic combined with the vacation-playboy aesthetic from the inspired account.
Due to my client's preference of theme, the pictures being taken with him showed casual behaviour and natural expression which made the session a hell of 3 hours and nearly 125 pictures taken and only came out with only 5 selected and survived photos to proceed.
Although the preference of keeping these pictures as a personal record he has chosen one picture from this session to put into his highlights which was part of my session and my edit.
This picture was one of his and my favourite photos due to the composure of this picture, these elements of composure, which we have targeted, are present, driving us to add more of the retro theme edit perfectly. The simplicity level of the photo matches perfectly with the vacation-playboy theme, because the main subject, which is the client, is perfectly placed in the middle and wrapped around negative space with small details such as painting and golden frames related to the theme, and meaning of this photo, therefore highlighting that the casualness and environment of my client have meaning no matter how empty it looks which makes my client seem as an elite character due to being simple but still very complex and rich in culture.
The visual action of my subject is also a key element of why this picture was chosen because of its showcase of calmness but still captivating due to signs of movement, this could be seen in the motion blur around my main subject, which is the client, that gives the feeling of calmness and relaxation but also motion captivating which are a combo of the two things you either see in traveling blog pictures therefore combining it gives a sign of importance around major of my subject but also the location through its motion.
10 November 2023 - Photoshoot Work Evaluation
On 23 October 2023, I started a workshop with my mom's boss, Max Centini an experienced photographer for a travelling agency, Max is looking to develop his skills in studio/portrait photography, therefore he was looking for a photographer assistant to help him with BTS footage, consulting and set the lighting.
On my first session, me and Max we have had two girls as models, as my first-ever portrait photos, my ears, and eyes were wide open because I wanted to learn and get used to setting up poses and angles, throughout all my practice with the camera in the studio I have come to the conclusion that 3 feet away from the subject with a 35 MM zoom on the subject with a 15 angled position away from the frontal view of the model in combination with a mid-shot it's my perfect combination for my Canon 4000D,
The effect creates a shadow contrast.
The first feeling of this session was a friendly introduction to the set and the crew which is composed of my mom for the prop Max Centini as the main photographer and the two girls who were changed for the next session as Max wanted a consistent change into the models.
On 9 November 2023, I had my second session with Max with a friend named Eduard, In this session I focused more on the settings needed to get a clearer and better quality of my photos and also learned to use my camera-equipped flash.
The best settings I have used for the best result in the picture are F/4 or as low as possible and 20-100 shutter speed, also keep the ISO as low as possible to keep the grain off the photo, on the other hand with the flash you want to go as high in your shutter speed.
First session
In my first session, I took some portraits which really got me used to the setting of the camera. The theme and lighting set-up were very challenging as we had to work under only key light, but the pictures came out amazing and my photographer manager really appreciated it,
In my second session, the theme was to make the pictures feel warm but with less saturation therefore this time I have settled the lights around the subject so I have clear clarity and light level on the subject, also to be a little unique I have used the flash for the fist time and helped out my photographer manger with the remote flashlight.
